1. You Must Not
- Post fake jobs, fake services or misleading listings.
- Scam, defraud or deceive other users.
- Harass, threaten or abuse other users or KaziGo staff.
- Share illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or violent content.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Use the platform to launder money or finance illegal activity.
- Attempt to bypass KaziGo's payment, fee or dispute systems.
- Scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the platform's security.
2. Honest Profiles
Providers must accurately represent their skills, qualifications and experience. Clients must accurately describe the work they need done.
3. Reporting Abuse
If you see a violation, report it through the in-app reporting tools or email info@kazi-go.com. We treat reports confidentially.
4. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion: warn the user, remove content, suspend or terminate the account, withhold funds pending investigation, or refer matters to law enforcement.
