1. Independent Agreements
All jobs and services arranged through KaziGo are:
- Directly between the client and the provider.
- Not controlled, managed or supervised by KaziGo.
- Subject to the terms agreed between the two parties.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Clearly define the scope, location and timing of the job.
- Pay the agreed fee through the platform's supported methods.
- Act honestly and in good faith with providers.
- Provide a safe environment for work to be carried out.
3. Provider Responsibilities
Providers must:
- Deliver the agreed services to a professional standard.
- Maintain accurate profiles, skills and pricing.
- Communicate respectfully and on time.
- Hold any licences, registrations or insurance required by law for their trade.
4. Platform Neutrality
KaziGo does not:
- Guarantee employment or a minimum volume of work.
- Guarantee any level of income to providers.
- Control the methods, schedule or tools providers use to deliver services.
5. Off-Platform Activity
Users are encouraged to keep communication, bookings and payments on KaziGo. KaziGo cannot mediate disputes, protect payments, or apply fraud safeguards to off-platform deals.
