KaziGo owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the KaziGo name, logo, brand, software, designs and content that we create. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit this IP without our written permission.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on KaziGo, including profile information, photos, job descriptions, reviews and messages.
3. Licence to KaziGo
By posting content, you grant KaziGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the KaziGo service.
4. Your Promises
You promise that:
- You own or have the right to share the content you post.
- The content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- The content is accurate and not misleading.
5. Copyright Complaints
