Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of KaziGo. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Description

KaziGo is a digital platform that connects clients (people seeking services) with providers (independent workers offering services).

2. Platform Role

KaziGo is a neutral marketplace. KaziGo:

  • Is not an employer of providers.
  • Does not guarantee services, outcomes or payments.
  • Is not a party to any contract for services agreed between a client and a provider.

3. Eligibility

To use KaziGo you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use KaziGo lawfully and in good faith.
  • Not engage in fraud, scams or abusive behaviour.
  • Respect other users, including their privacy and dignity.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud, scams or attempted fraud.
  • Fake jobs, fake services or impersonation.
  • Harassment, threats or abuse of other users.
  • Violation of these Terms or our other policies.

6. Fees

KaziGo may charge providers a service fee on transactions (currently a percentage of the agreed job value) and may charge other fees as disclosed in-app. Fee changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaziGo is not liable for:

  • The quality, safety, legality or outcome of services delivered by providers.
  • Payment disputes between users.
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify KaziGo against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, or your contracts with other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Zimbabwe, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of KaziGo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
